Rock School is a full weekend of instruction on outdoor rock climbing technique and safety. Absolutely no experience is necessary! We provide all the gear. Happens every fall.

Each year the UNB Rock & Ice club brings the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour to Fredericton. This two day festival combines films themed in mountain extreme sport, mountain culture, and the vertical environment. Usually late January or early February. Get your tickets as soon as they are for sale. They always sell out.

Ice School is for folks looking to climb all year round. Once again, no experience at all is necessary! Two days of instruction on ice safety and technique on some of N.B.'s best frozen waterfalls. We'll get you set up with ice axes and crampons and you be ready for lots of swinging and kicking. Look for it in the dead of winter. Very limited enrollment!
